Marcus Baskerville, from Weathered Souls Brewing in San Antonio, TX. Marcus is one of two Black craft-beer brewers in Texas, and perhaps the only Black owner. In 2020, he launched a stout called Black is Beautiful, in an effort to raise awareness around racial injustice.. Marcus is a nationally-recognized brewer with many accolades including Hop Culture 2020 Best Brewery, 2020 Wine Enthusiast 40 under 40 top taste makers , 2021 20 best beers, Imbibe 75, 2020 San Antonio Guy to know and San Antonio 202 Social Justice Warrior.
