Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic

LiftFund Women’s Business Center, Aric Garza, PLLC, Launch SA and Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid are teaming up to provide a pro bono legal clinic for entrepreneurs and start-up businesses. Business owners will be offered a 30-minute consultation with an attorney to discuss any legal issues or concerns for their business, such as formation, contracts, trademarks, patents, employment procedure, lawsuits, or immigration. Start-ups interested in forming and filing a single-member limited liability company (LLC) may do so with an attorney’s assistance during the clinic for $308.10 (current filing fee charged by the Texas Secretary of State), payable by Visa, Master Card, or American Express credit card. These consultations will not result in extended representation, though referrals will be provided to those needing additional legal services.

*Launch SA is located on the first floor of the Central Library. Free parking is available in the Library parking garage.
