San Antonio | The Saga is presented by Main Plaza Conservancy with the generous support of public and private institutions, individuals, and the City of San Antonio. This two-years-in-the-making project was the passion of MPC’s Chairman, William Scanlan, who raised one million dollars in funding and expenses. This 24-minute vibrant video takes the viewer through a journey of nearly 300 years of history, beginning with the Indigenous hunting buffalo and unfolding before your eyes until reaching present day. This educates tourists of San Antonio’s history and reminds locals where they come from. History as it unfolds in this manner is very powerful and moving. One cannot turn away as they become totally engulfed in San Antonio | The Saga.
