American Indians in Texas at the Spanish Colonial Missions is a 27-year-old community organization whose mission is to preserve & protect the culture and traditions of the Native American tribes and other indigenous people who resided in the Spanish colonial missions. Far too often, Urban Natives are left out of policy discussions and are invisibilized in traditional civic & broader dialogue. This new series focuses on centering the needs of our community and provides a platform to discuss the future of San Antonio’s growing urban Indian, and how we can work together to build a thriving city.

Townhall will broadcast live from our Facebook page @americanindiansintexas
