So much of (art) history is from the perspective of the west or from the male perspective. This exhibition kicks off Artpace’s 25th anniversary which looks to gender parity, equity, and inclusivity. Linda Pace was an artist, philanthropist, and the founder of Artpace, and “Visibilities: Intrepid Women of Artpace” seeks to highlight Artpace’s role in making visible and amplifying global voices of a bold and powerful female-identifying artistic community.
