ABOUT LELAND STONE
A fifth generation San Antonian – born in Tokyo, educated from Berlin to New York and Singapore – Leland Stone bears the essence of cosmopolitan fabric in San Antonio. He is a man of both integrity and intrigue and was named A Man for All Details by The New York Times, the Ultimate Master of Fanciful Finishing Touches by the San Francisco Chronicle, and Lifestyle Specialist by Inc. Magazine. Leland maintains the legacy of his great-great-grandfather’s trade with austere elegance and lives life to the fullest. He purchased and restored the historic Roosevelt Library (circa 1929) back to its original grandeur to showcase, in a museum setting, the fine hardware and plumbing fixtures offered by his company, Stone Standard.
