Misty Harty -MA, LLPC
Misty Moon-Harty, earned her graduate degree in Counseling at Spring Arbor University. She has worked in the human services field for over 28 years. Her passion is for families in crisis and advocating for the underserved, under-represented, marginalized and overlooked. Misty worked for the YWCA of Kalamazoo for 10+ years and Family and Children’s services before relocating to Houston, Texas. She is currently the Director of Racial Justice and Gender Equity at YWCA San Antonio. Misty has designed and provided cultural diversity and awareness training for various organizations across Michigan and the southwest via her business Divine Inspirations, LLC. She has decades of experience advocating for the underserved while addressing racial equity, systemic harm and promoting racial healing across racial groups.
