This ribbon cutting celebrates the newest installment in the Bexar Heritage Center, shining a light on the untold stories of African Americans who have shaped the fabric of in Bexar County inspiring a brighter future for all.

The ribbon cutting will be followed by a presentation on DreamWeek in the Hidalgo Room.
