The annual church service to celebrate the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation. The 2025 service will be at Calvery Baptist Church, Rev. Kevin Nelson, Pastor. The program will feature singing, reading of the Proclamation, recognition of local judges, installation of SA Branch NAACP officers and keynote address by Father Kevin Fausz of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church
