Highlighting African American’s natural hair experiences throughout San Antonio, Texas. The term “Natural hair” in the black community is defined as relaxer-free hair. Whether In Corporate America, the classroom, sports, airports, the military, and other institutions, we live in a very politically driven, chaotic atmosphere were our hair is STILL policed. In this vital journey, We hope to educate and inspire the young and the old to dismantle stereotypes and negative conations surrounding our hair. Afros and other styles are apart of our heritage… the proof is in African tribes. Through exposure, comes understanding, empowerment, and love. Our hair is our glory.
