DreamVoice San Antonio will not accept or review submitted ENTRY Material unless it receives an executed release from you.

I grant DreamVoice San Antonio the full and free right and permission to use the Material of my ENTRY for broadcast, duplication, and advertising in association with DreamVoice San Antonio, for the purpose of viewing on television, in theaters, on the internet, on the DreamWeek San Antonio website, podcasting and/or for archival purposes and for any other valid, lawful purpose in any and all media now known or hereafter developed or devised, worldwide and in perpetuity. I may opt-out from any future use by providing a thirty-day written notice after the final date of the DreamWeek San Antonio 2026 summit that my ENTRY may no longer be used. A copy of ENTRY may still be kept for archival purposes.

I represent and warrant that by filling out the form below, I voluntarily agree to the following:

• I am the owner of all rights in the Materials or the duly authorized agent of the owner of all rights in the Materials, and I have full authority to submit the Materials. I further represent and warrant that any Material, which I submit, will be original with me and that no other person has an interest therein or claim thereto. I understand that the Materials will not be returned to me and I agree to release DreamVoice San Antonio from all liability for loss of, or damage to, the Materials. This Release is binding on me and any entities for which I am acting. This is a non-commissioned submission.
• I acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily submitting the Materials and all other information of my own accord, and that DreamVoice San Antonio is under no obligation to further discuss or consider any part of the Materials submitted and that I have neither the expectation nor right to compensation or reimbursement of any kind for intellectual property or accompanied materials (including but not limited to photographs, video, demos and treatments) contained within this submission.
• In exchange for release, I receive the opportunity to have my ENTRY reviewed and considered to be shown during DreamWeek San Antonio 2026 as part of The Neighborhood Film Project and accept that there is no promise of additional payment, in any form for likeness, image, biography, recording, equipment, or for any other contribution by us on this production.
• Compensation will ONLY be provided to the top 3 winning ENTRIES (First Place - $3000, Second Place - $2000, Third Place - $1000)
• I will fully indemnify DreamVoice San Antonio against all third-party claims or liabilities (including attorneys’ fees) in connection with any breach of my representations and warranties. I release DreamVoice San Antonio from all claims, demands and liabilities, known or unknown, which may arise in relation to the Materials, except for fraud or willful injury on my part.
• We reserve the right to refuse to consider any ENTRY submission at our discretion.

As used in this Release, the terms “I”, “you” and “your” include and binds the undersigned and any and all legal representatives of the undersigned. As used in this Release, the terms “DreamVoice San Antonio” and “we” include and inure to the benefit of DreamVoice LLC. and its successors, assigns, employees, officers, directors, licensees and associated companies and individuals.

I hereby certify that I am over eighteen years of age and competent to contract in my own name. If I am signing on behalf of an organization, I certify that I have authority to do so and that my signature binds the organization and its members to all elements of this contract. If I am signing on behalf of someone under eighteen years of age, I certify I have full authority to submit on their behalf.

I am executing this Release voluntarily, without coercion or undue influence from any source, and do so with complete understanding of all of its terms and effects and every portion thereof.
