DWSA2021 panel discussion centered on the Black experience in America.  The purpose of The “BLACK IS …” panel discussion is to provide an opportunity for a variety of black voices in the community to have a dialogue with the aim of defining the idea of “Blackness” and providing broad commentary on its different associations in our culture.
