Event Details

We’re honored to be a space of empowerment and healing, a prevention and education resource, and a leading force in creating a safe, healthy, equitable San Antonio. We collaborate across sectors to shift social conditions and eliminate violence and oppression. Grounded in the belief that sexual violence is not inevitable, we support survivors and engage the community through a range of services to create a world free from sexual violence.

Topic: Working with Male Survivors

Description: Researchers have found that at least 1 in 6 men has experienced sexual abuse or assault. In this training, you will discuss the myths and facts, masculinity, self-esteem, and identity, and how we can continue to support male survivors during their recovery.
