1. Take it to the top:
We are opening our event at 8:45 am with a “Breathing Exercise” and a “Body Tapping” exercise to energize our whole body, followed by a medium to intense exercise by our MACFit Team.
2. Time to move:
After the exercise, you can enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, and various foods, including fresh fruit and vegetables from our local food truck and vendors.
Our extensive critical program will start at 9 am and run until 2 pm with the Commit 4 Compassion blood drive.
