Dream Leaders Recognition and Children's Citizenship Ceremonies

The DoSeum is proud to host our 8th annual Dream Leaders recognition ceremony and our 7th annual Children’s Citizenship Ceremony. Beginning in the fall, The DoSeum works with community partners to promote, nominate, and select twelve children — ages 5-11– who personify the ideals of Dream Leaders. A Dream Leader is an amazing young individual who embodies the spirit of inspiration, innovation, and positive change. They are driven by a vision for a better future and actively work to make their dreams and goals a reality, displaying determination, creativity, and resilience.
The DoSeum is also proud to partner with the USCIS to host a citizenship ceremony wherein 12 children take the oath of U.S. Citizenship at The DoSeum. The DoSeum is proud to welcome these immigrants to enjoy a day of play and joyful learning at The DoSeum after their ceremony.
