ABOUT NATE AND EVELYN THOMAS

Nate & Evelyn Thomas have harmonized faith and career for over 40 years.

Nate worked in corporate America for 30 years and has spent the last 15 years in the educations field.

Evelyn is a retired high school teacher and counselor spending twenty year in the education filed. .

They did their undergraduate work at Southwest Texas University in San Marcos, Texas and obtained their Masters of Counseling from La Verne University in La Verne, California.

Together they teach pre-marital and couple’s relationship counseling at True Vison Church and in the community. They also teach Christian growth, consumer science, and college and career classes. Nate and Evelyn frequently speak to men, women and couples throughout Texas, Southern California, and Indiana.

In 1993, God gave them a vision to reach marriages and families in general and to restore values, morals and wholesome relationships. The result of this vision is YOUR FAMILY MATTERS, a non-profit organization that they founded and serve as Presidents, with the purpose to…

B. Provide programs and services to build solid foundations for strong family relationships.

C. Develop family members’ self-esteem and respect for life, others, and the laws of the land.

D. Teach developmental resources, skills and technologies for family managing and decision-making.

Nate and Evelyn have been married since 1972.
