Event Details

Join us for “Dreams and Resilience: Elevating Black Men Mental Wellness,” an essential forum featuring four distinguished guest speakers with diverse experiences in mental health advocacy. This is not just a discussion; it’s a rallying cry to confront the alarming state of Black men’s mental health!

Black men face a relentless barrage of challenges—from the deep-seated impacts of racism and suffocating cultural norms to the damaging pressures of extreme masculinity and unrealistic expectations from relationships. Too often, these burdens go unaddressed, leading to a mental health crisis that demands our immediate attention.

Our speakers will expose these urgent issues, providing insights and actionable solutions to dismantle the barriers preventing Black men from achieving true wellness. We cannot afford to be silent any longer. It’s time for our community to unite, to stand as neighbors in solidarity, and to elevate mental health for all. This vital conversation is one you cannot afford to miss!
