In this special DreamWeek edition of Entrepreneurial Appetite, we bring you a conversation with scholar, scientist, and real estate investor Dr. Richelle Delia, co-founder of The Housing Joint Venture (HJV). Dr. Delia will discuss HJV’s newest initiative, the Economic Rights Movement, to make real estate investment accessible to marginalized communities.

Entrepreneurial Appetite is a series of events dedicated to building community, promoting intellectualism, and supporting Black businesses. We have been hosting monthly virtual or in-person events that highlight Black authors and Entrepreneurs for the past three years. As part of our efforts, 10% of event revenue will support an endowed scholarship at North Carolina A&T, an HBCU.
