Event Details

WestCare Texas and Kick Start Your Life With Dr. Keely! Welcome you to Girl, Mind Your Business! Join us for a fun and informative mental health awareness training where we’ll discuss the societal pressures Black Women face as a “STRONG BLACK WOMAN”. We have to be all things to ALL people! We have to be strong at home for our husbands, partners, children, and grandchildren; We have to be all things at work. We have to be all things at church. We have to be all things in our organizations. We have to be all things in our friendships. We have to be ALL things to ourselves. The myth is that Black women do not need anything or anyone because we are Strong. It is essential to recognize that Black Women are complex individuals with a wide range of emotions and experiences who cannot do ALL things ALONE. Learn with other like-minded women and gain valuable insights to help you care for your mental health so we can continue to be STRONG BLACK WOMEN being ALL THINGS. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with WestCare at Tryst Kitchen + Cocktails!
