As part of DreamWeek 2025, the San Antonio Council for International Visitors (SACIV) invites you to join an engaging event that brings the “We Are Neighbor” theme to life on an international scale. This special event will showcase how the people of San Antonio can play a vital role in U.S. diplomatic efforts by becoming Citizen Diplomats, welcoming international visitors into their homes and hearts.
Monika Prochaskova the Executive Director for SACIV will discuss “We Are Neighbor: Extending Hospitality Across Borders,” sharing how SACIV’s mission aligns with DreamWeek’s vision of fostering unity, understanding, and mutual support. The event will highlight how international visitors sent by the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) come to San Antonio to build relationships, counter disinformation, and experience the city’s vibrant culture firsthand.
