It didn’t take the recent “Status of Women in San Antonio” report to make us aware of how underpaid women, and particularly women of color are compared to white, non-Hispanic men. Many of us have been living that reality for generations. At the YWCA San Antonio, we’ve been on a mission for 110 years to eliminate racism and empower women.
