Pay Her What She's Worth: A Conversation about Wage Equity

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm FeaturedPay Her What She's Worth: A Conversation about Wage EquityPublic presentation and discussion about wage equity and its impact on San Antonio women 4 Add to DreamList

Event Details

It didn’t take the recent “Status of Women in San Antonio” report to make us aware of how underpaid women, and particularly women of color are compared to white, non-Hispanic men. Many of us have been living that reality for generations. But it is time to bring this conversation into the open, talk about how we got here, what wage equity really means, and what the path forward looks like.

At the YWCA San Antonio, we’ve been on a mission for 110 years to eliminate racism and empower women.
