Charles Floyd will conduct the San Antonio Philharmonic as they perform works by Black American composers Samuel Coleridge-Taylor and William Grant Still. The audience will be invited to participate through song. In addition, bass-baritone Timothy Jones will sing traditional spirituals and Lee Hoiby’s setting of Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech.
