Welcome one and all to hold your light against the shadow of hate and fear! Combining expressive arts in work with local school children from pre-school through middle school ages, participants will appreciate the visual arts and literary reflections of youth in our San Antonio Community as they join in the interactive learning experience of Collective Vision: a world of peace. Education about Family Violence issues which impact our city will be provided through The P.E.A.C.E. Initiative. Accompanied by the voices of the Congolese Choir of St Paul’s Church, those gathered will process to the crosswalk to bless the embarkation point of the walk and to plant the intention that the MLK March will be undertaken in the spirit of peace and nonviolence.
