Sustainability is quickly growing and changing to incorporate a multitude of arenas. The lifestyle has grown from simply talking about environmental issues to including the people affected by these issues. Cultural autonomy, labor practices, wellness, and fair treatment are all things that are now included under the sustainability umbrella. The “Black in Sustainability” panel is a discussion between local Black business owners and how they navigate this space to include aspects of social justice.. We also hope to incorporate an auction.
