Jamilina Wellness, in collaboration with Community Health Empowerment, is committed to informing, educating, and empowering communities about health issues and ways to achieve a healthier lifestyle. We believe connecting communities with shared interests and concerns can increase their control over their well-being.

To promote wellness and drive community awareness and engagement, we organize wellness-focused events considering the everyday concerns and stresses of work and family life. Our events and activities help to promote life balance and overall well-being, resonating with our community participants who will receive the best return on investment for their well-being.

Our event is divided into several sections:

1. Take it to the top:
We are opening our event at 9 am with a “Breathing Exercise” and a “Body Tapping” exercise to energize our whole body, followed by a medium to intense exercise by our MACFit Team.

2. Time to move:
After the exercise, you can enjoy breakfast with coffee, tea, and various foods, including fresh fruit and vegetables from our local food truck and vendors.
Our extensive critical program will start at 10 am and run until 3 pm with the Committ 4 Compassion blood drive. if you would like to be a Donor, please fill out the form

Meanwhile, you can visit our vendor’s table from our local business, where they provide many products to help your body, mind, and spirit.
3. Time to enjoy “The Best Show in Town”:
Music, dance, and singing always work the mind and body as one and give you so many endorphins, and endorphins make you happy! Our local musician and “Senior Players group” will perform from 11:30-12:30.
4. Time to listen and learn:
We seek guest speakers to provide additional ideas on health and wellness, such as the food you eat, the water you drink, and even the music and sound you listen to. All knowledge and the vibrations and energy you are surrounded by will significantly impact your health and life. Guest speakers will be speaking from 12:45-2:30 pm.
5. Time to mix and mingle:
We are delighted you joined us and look forward to seeing you next time. Please leave us a review and share the key you found that will make you change your lifestyle. The event ends at 3 pm.
