Historically the field of architecture has been comprised of a rather homogeneous demographic of professionals in terms of ethnicity, gender, and economic background. But in recent years, this phenomenon has begun to shift. This event will feature a panel of architectural designers from Overland Partners who will speak to this changing landscape and the importance of diversity within the profession. By leveraging the unique perspectives of team members diverse in background, experience, and strengths, more innovative and holistic design solutions can be reached, which is critical to addressing the complex problems of the 21st century.
