The Dr. J.R. Bowie, III Scholarship Foundation will give the public an opportunity to meet, greet, and interact with the Original Mississippi Freedom Riders in a very intimate setting as they award and recognize special individual(s) with the Freedom Rider Jesse James Davis Scholarship.
