Dream yoga will be a one-hour yoga session – socially distanced between mats – based on introductory yoga postures, including a vinyasa style flowing practice. Come one come all for fun and exercise to learn yoga by doing yoga! This will be an excellent way to culminate the Dream Week goals through yoga, meditating on our intentions during the session. Dream Yoga will be taught by Marybeth Mcbain, a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher with a passion for bringing more people to trying yoga for better health.

BRING A MAT OR TOWEL, if possible. Some free loaner mats available.
