The DreamPanel Series brings together speakers with the goal to further conversations related to important topics that impact our community.

Amanda Lee Keammerer – Moderator  

Amanda Lee Keammerer is the founder and CEO of Javilud, a firm building creative collaborations at the intersection of people, politics, tech, and art.
Previously, Amanda was the vice president of cybersecurity and director of CyberSecurity San Antonio at the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. While in DC, Amanda implemented federal cyber policy at the White House, and worked at the Kaiser Family Foundation and the LULAC National Office.
Amanda is a Security Fellow with the Truman National Security Project. In 2020, Amanda was nationally recognized as a Latinx Next Gen Leader in national security and foreign policy.
Amanda is the author of a forthcoming children’s book on cybersecurity, and the founder of National Cyber Signing Day. A proud SAISD alum, Amanda earned her MA in Global Communication with a double concentration in national security policy and IT policy from The George Washington University. She earned her BA in Russian and Government from Smith College.

  • Sharon Gutierrez,Sharon Gutierrez is the founder of the app, Pretty Simple: A Leads Tracking App for Solopreneurs, a high level Marketing Coach, best-selling author of The Manifest List, Podcaster and International Motivational Speaker.

 

  • Bill Gonzalez,Bill is enthusiastic about staying at the forefront of the technology evolution. He graduated from UTSA with a degree in computer science and is working on his master’s degree. While working at the High-Performance Computing and Software (HPCS) lab as a student, he installed one of San Antonio’s first web servers at the university to host research papers for the HPCS on the Internet in 1994.  From that steppingstone, he co-founded Webhead to create websites, software applications and IT hosting systems to serve the needs of small and large businesses.

 

  • Patricia Geppert, Ph.D.,Dr. Patricia Geppert has been with Radiance Technologies since January 2021.  In her position as a Data Analytics Lead, she is supporting the Joint Base San Antonio 5G Program Management office.  Her duties include evaluating data analytics requirements for the Tranche 2 OUSD(R&E) funded 5G experiments in 5G Core Security and 5G in Telemedicine and Medical Training.  In addition, she interfaces with academic, industry, and community collaborators in support of these projects. Prior to her current position, Dr. Geppert was the Associate Director for Research Development at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2018-2020. In this position, she was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external sponsors that have the potential to create additional research awards for researchers at UTSA.  She was also responsible for facilitating introductions between faculty and external sponsors.

 

  • DeAnne Cuellar,DeAnne Cuellar is the Community Broadband Outreach Team Lead at the Institute for Local Self-Reliance (ILSR).
    DeAnne is a tech equity advocate and communications strategist from San Antonio, Texas. She served as Mayor Ron Nirenberg’s digital inclusion appointee to the City of San Antonio’s Innovation & Technology Committee, resulting in several policy and funding priorities to close the digital divide. As a social impact entrepreneur, she co-founded several cross-sector nonprofit initiatives, advocating for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for historically underrepresented communities.
