Event Details

In 2016 Congressman John Lewis gave a call to action to “Get in Trouble. Good Trouble.” Despite his passing this year, this call to action is being answered by the growing millennial population that makes up the largest voting bloc in our country today.

Join New Leaders Council San Antonio (NLC) for part two of a panel that will discuss ways for young professionals to get involved in local government and help create a more equitable and tolerant San Antonio. This event will feature a panel of experienced civic leaders followed by a networking mixer. The panel will explore topics including serving on boards and commissions, working in the non-profit sector, impacting policy from our neighborhoods to city hall, and becoming a change maker across industries in San Antonio.
