In this 3 hour in person event, learn about Esperanza’s work in Housing. Community led, grassroots organizing is the key to reclaiming our land and safeguarding our culture in an area historically low income people of color. Discover our Community Land Trust, the first of it’s kind that serve extremely low income at or below 30% AMI, providing opportunities to families that have no other options for homeownership or even truly affordable rentals. Find out the differences in housing options that are vastly misunderstood and learn your rights as renters.
