Come learn the Ashtanga method of yoga. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. This event will show you that the Ashtanga practice is for EVERY body, and that it doesn’t matter about your past but more about becoming the best version of yourself. This event will have something for everyone.
